Cartoon Hotohori "Fushigi Yuugi"
There are some similarities between the characters and Colourcloud Fushigi Yuugi palace. I think at first glance that they are performed by the same mangaka .... Hmmm .. but from some long-haired fellow in the TA, Hotohori carrying of a better style with long, shiny hair and fragrant.
